Our Campsites

Our properties are patrolled, comfortable, clean, and secluded.

LaPrele Preserve is 20 miles SW of Douglas, Wyoming. The high mountain property is another 13 miles up into the Medicine Bow Mountains.

 

Wash house at camp is available for hot showers and a sink to wash, shave, etc.

Our Bunkhouses

The LaPrele Preserve Camp area has a chowhouse (kitchen) and 2 bunkhouses in a secluded spot next to LaPrele stream. Cooking equipment, cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, water coolers, tables, chairs, Weber grill, fire pit, outhouse, cots are included. Bring your own food, bedroll and toiletries. This camp is rough, not luxurious.

Our secluded High mountain camp area is next to a Brook Trout stream with beaver ponds, meadows, and Aspen groves.

All stays of 2 days or longer include use of the LaPrele Preserve cabins and camp.
